ABOUT THE ROLE

Overview

As a Product Manager-Owner you will be creatively involved in designing and developing technologies that improve the
way entrepreneurs and SMEs run their business admin. You’ll ensure the platform works efficiently, creating a
rewarding experience for users, driving engagement and repeat usage.

You will work cross-functionally to guide software products from conception to launch by connecting the technical
and business worlds and break down complex problems into steps that drive product development in a fast paced
environment.

You’ll need to envision how each team is going to play a role in the product’s success and you’ll work closely the
marketing, tech and customer experience team members.

You’ll be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analysing,
positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Market research and competition analysis, gather and analyse information, formulate and test hypotheses,
    develop and communicate recommendations.
  • Understand user needs, identify and define product requirements and design process maps.
  • Define user stories, identify edge cases, conduct end-user tests and work with the software engineering and
    marketing teams to roll out features in an agile, continuous-deployment environment.
  • Design mock-ups, UI components, business logic and data structures.
  • Implement best in class product by creating digital content and product pages using our in-house CMS engine.
  • Rapidly iterate and evolve the MVP/product to meet user needs, while creating extensible and scalable
    solutions
  • Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across teams (Software Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Customer
    Experience, etc). Plan weekly sprints, maintain a longer-term roadmap.

Qualifications

- Relevant experience in modern technologies (digital solutions), e-commerce, automation and robotics – preferably
gained in Fintech, E-commerce platform, banking, SaaS industry or from specialised consultancies
- Minimum 3-5 years of product management experience OR 2+ years of product management experience in top-tier
strategy consulting firm or strategy team of a technology-focused business
- Successful track record of bringing new products to market
- Exceptional analytical skills and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organise,
analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; interpret
trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business & Economics preferred with 3-5 years of product management experience or
equivalent
- Knowledge of UX & UI principles, software development methodologies and Product development architecture
