RESPONSABILITY

  • Lead all design projects from concept through to delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance on how to visually communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create visually engaging graphics for our website, apps, email campaigns, social media, digital and print advertisements.
  • Develop and maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, and layouts.
  • Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
  • Apply typography techniques and maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
  • Refine and improve our design language, ensuring consistency and coherence across all brand touch points
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Amend designs after feedback to ensure high-quality final graphics.
  • Develop detailed Design Documentation, including style guides, colour schemes, typography, and other guidelines, to enable developers to effectively implement designs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in visual design and branding.
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and originality.
  • Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other visual design tools.
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts, and layouts.
  • Keen attention to visual details and an excellent eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
  • Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript would be a plus
  • Experience with responsive design
