ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Overview: As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at [Employer hidden], you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational culture. You will recruit top talent, establish HR policies and manage HR systems. This position is instrumental in supporting our growth and ensuring a positive employee experience across our international team.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making hiring recommendations and onboarding new joiners.
  • Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the technology, creative and media industries.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Monitor employee morale and engagement, and implement initiatives to improve overall satisfaction

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in the UK and Portugal.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and propose improvements to existing policies.

Performance Management:

  • Collaborate with managers to establish performance metrics and goals.
  • Implement performance management processes, including regular feedback, evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Identify opportunities for employee training and development.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Administer employee benefits programs and compensation plans.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum 4-5 years proven experience as an HRBP in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UK.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee development.
- Fully proficient using LinkedIn Recruiters and Microsoft Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working for SaaS or technology companies
- Excellent technical interview skills
- Worked in an agile environment
- CIPD qualified
