Director de Operaciones Clínicas – Nacional (modalidad híbrida, con viajes según sea necesario)

Tenemos una oportunidad muy interesante para que un Director de Operaciones Clínicas se una a nuestro equipo.

Este puesto temporal de sustitución por baja de maternidad combina dos funciones distintas dentro de las áreas de Operaciones Clínicas y Gobernanza Clínica. La persona que ocupe este puesto garantizará una gestión operativa eficaz, en consonancia con los requisitos estratégicos, contractuales y normativos, manteniendo una separación adecuada entre la gestión operativa clínica, alineada con los planes estratégicos del Grupo, y la supervisión de la gobernanza clínica, asegurando así que los procesos de garantía de calidad sigan siendo objetivos y eficaces.

Este puesto depende directamente del Director General de Opcare y proporciona liderazgo a nivel nacional para impulsar la coherencia en la prestación de servicios, el desarrollo del personal y la implementación de programas clínicos clave. Asimismo, ofrece supervisión independiente de la gobernanza clínica, la seguridad del paciente, los estándares profesionales y el cumplimiento normativo, garantizando la implementación y mejora continua de marcos sólidos.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Proporcionar liderazgo operativo clínico a nivel nacional para garantizar una prestación de servicios segura, eficaz y eficiente, en consonancia con los requisitos contractuales, reglamentarios y estratégicos.
  • Liderar el desarrollo, la implementación y la mejora del modelo operativo estándar, incluidos los procesos clínicos, la documentación y las tecnologías facilitadoras.
  • Proporcionar supervisión independiente de la gobernanza clínica, incluidos los incidentes relacionados con la seguridad del paciente, las investigaciones, los programas de auditoría y el cumplimiento de los requisitos reglamentarios.
  • Lead national service improvement, transformation initiatives and workforce development programmes, including competency frameworks, recruitment pathways and structured training.
  • Act as the key liaison between clinical teams and enabling functions (operations, commercial, IT etc.) ensuring alignment between clinical delivery and commercial strategy.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience working across multi-site healthcare services at a national or regional level.
  • Significant experience in leading large-scale service improvement and standardisation projects.
  • Strong clinical governance and patient safety capability, with working knowledge of regulatory and assurance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality and performance data.

Desirable:

  • Registration with a relevant healthcare professional body.
  • Experience within specialist clinical services such as rehabilitation, prosthetics/orthotics or wheelchair services.
  • Experience supporting mobilisation, transformation or integration of services.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline (level 6 or equivalent experience).
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.

Desirable:

  • Qualification or formal training in patient safety incident response.
  • Training in audit methodology or quality improvement frameworks.
