Love the law but value the person? Join a team that actually talks to its clients.

We are looking for a skilled Immigration Caseworker or Solicitor who knows that a great result starts with a great conversation. While we use email to keep things moving, we believe in the power of a phone call to build trust and clarity with our clients.

Whether you are already registered with the IAA (formerly the OISC) or the SRA, or you simply have a deep well of experience working within regulated firms, we want to hear from you. If you have 3+ years of experience and a UK law degree (ideally), you’ll find a supportive home here.

Job Purpose

To lead on a variety of UK inbound immigration cases, providing expert technical advice through a blend of clear written communication and proactive client phone consultations.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Case Management: Take full ownership of inbound applications (Skilled Worker, Family, Settlement, etc.).
  • Client Relationship Management: We don’t just hide behind a screen. You will regularly speak with clients on the phone to explain complex rules, provide reassurance, and gather instructions.
  • Process Efficiency: Balance phone-based advise with efficient email management. You will manage your own caseload and client expectations, meeting deadline and ensuring good record keeping.
  • Technical Drafting: Prepare high-quality legal representations and application packages for submission to the Home Office.
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in team briefings and support colleagues to maintain our strong collective spirit.
