Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and embody the [Employer hidden] brand values
- Support the day-to-day running of the store alongside the Store Manager
- Contribute to a high-performing environment and help achieve sales goals
- Maintain stock, unpack deliveries, and ensure all products are beautifully presented
- Uphold visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s aesthetic
- Build genuine relationships with clients and the local community
- Share creative ideas to enhance the in-store experience and community engagement
- Assist with events and in-store activations
- Capture in-store content to support brand marketing
- Stay informed about products, collections, and relevant fashion and design trends
