Approved Electrician

We’re looking for skilled Approved Electricians to carry out installation, maintenance, testing, and inspection work across a range of secure and high-spec environments including commercial, industrial, and Ministry of Defence (MoD) sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding work to a high standard
• Perform inspection and testing in line with BS 7671 regulations
• Accurately complete electrical certificates and documentation
• Maintain a strong commitment to Health & Safety and company procedures
• Work independently and as part of a small, skilled team on diverse projects

Essential Qualifications

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
• 2391 Test & Inspection (or 2394/2395 equivalent)
• Valid ECS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Must be able to pass security clearance (SC)for MoD access

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience on MoD or other secure/government sites
• Strong understanding of safe systems of work
• Clear communication and accurate record-keeping skills
