[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Consultancy is recruiting for a well-established UK manufacturer seeking a Service Engineer due to retirement of a long-standing team member. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on engineering or maintenance experience looking to move into a field-based role where full training is provided as well as supporting to gain an electrical accreditation (18th Edition).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Servicing and repairing specialist equipment at customer sites
- Planned maintenance and breakdown response
- Occasional installation and commissioning work
- Managing your own schedule and van stock
- Covering mainly the South West, with some UK travel when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Practical engineering or maintenance background
- Basic electrical / mechanical / plumbing knowledge *(any mix)*
- Comfortable working independently
- Good problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
