Location: London

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 (dependant on experience)+ Package and further training opportunities

Job Description:
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is working in partnership with an International, Engineering Consultancy to assist with expanding their M&E Team who focus on Data Centre Projects.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of major building services projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across the design and implementation of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Oversee project commercial performance, including feasibility input, fee development, financial monitoring, and risk management.
  • Manage programme delivery through close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, providing clear reporting and day-to-day technical guidance.
  • Ensure engineering designs, calculations, and installations meet relevant statutory, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Represent the organisation in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Support successful project delivery through effective coordination, quality assurance, technical review, and adherence to internal delivery frameworks.

Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience of specification design/drawing for at least one building type.
  • Ability to use IT based calculation and spreadsheet software.
  • Background in consulting or construction preferred.
  • Experience using REVIT.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
