FULL DESCRIPTION

Undertake structural design on a wide variety of civil and structural engineering projects within the commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education sectors on projects up to £40 million in value

Position

You will:

  • Undertake structural design on a wide variety of civil and structural engineering projects within the commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and education sectors on projects up to £40 million in value

Attributes and Key Skills

You will:

  • Have a suitable civil/structural engineering qualification with a minimum of up to 2/3 years’ experience
  • Have design experience and structural analysis skills in most common structural materials including steel, concrete, timber and masonry
  • Be capable of managing deadlines and organising your own work
  • Use your initiative and work well as part of a team
  • Have a good knowledge of AutoCad and engineering software
  • Have an understanding of drainage and wider engineering design
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport
