Home Care Assistant – Preston
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd is offering work on a *permanent basis*across all surrounding areas of Preston in Fulwood, Penwortham, Cottam, Ingol, South Ribble, Walton Le Dale and surrounding areas.
- Full-time Hours (30-40 hours)
-DRIVERS ONLY
*No qualifications or previous experience is required as we offer full paid training.*
Hours of duty: Mornings: 7 AM - 2 PM & Evenings: 3 PM - 10 PM
*(We kindly ask that you work every other weekend)*
*Our New and Increased Pay Rates:*
Monday to Friday - £13.45 (including 40 performance bonus)
Saturday & Sunday - £13.55 (including 40 performance bonus)
The Role:
The role is community-based, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently. This will also consist of providing personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation.
Job Description:
- To read and follow the individualized care plan.
- To assist Service Users with getting in and out of bed.
- To provide assistance with washing/bathing and dressing.
- To prepare meals, drinks, and snacks, as and when necessary.
- To provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes, as and when necessary.
- To provide assistance with daily living tasks, including cleaning, shopping, and paying finances.
- To adhere by [Employer hidden] Ltd Health and Safety policies.
