FULL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Junior POS Designer to be responsible for developing and delivering POS design work to the highest standards, from concept to print ready artwork. You’ll be joining a fast paced, dynamic team so you’ll need bags of creativity and enthusiasm for the role. You’ll work with various departments across the business so you’ll need to be able to build strong relationships, and work with various stakeholders daily. Working to deadlines is paramount, so you’ll need to be super organised.

What you’ll do:

  • Translate POS briefs from the trade marketing team, into finalised artwork ready store collateral.
  • Implement finalised artwork on a range of store-based collateral from FSDU’s, graphic POS panels, headers, hotspots to window posters and more.
  • Working under the direction of the design lead, implement store campaigns focusing on POS for NPD & promotional stand-out.
  • Ability to upload print ready files to print partner requirements and ensure best product quality
  • Manage workflow with print & POS team to ensure optimised productivity
  • Manage workflow with print & POS team to ensure consistency to Brand Guidelines alongside all other design channels
  • To liaise with internal stakeholders, printers and publishers when required
  • To adhere to publishers’ guidelines making sure Terms and Conditions and/or Legal Disclaimers have been added accordingly
  • Manage delivery of briefs in time requirements
  • Deliver in store content to educate and excite the Revolution customer
  • Design and tailor all content to the needs of each region / market for local execution

What you’ll have:

  • A creative, enthusiastic, hard-working designer with 4-5 years industry experience
  • Experience in delivering multi-element, commercially focused POS campaigns, ideally in the beauty industry
  • Understanding of retail marketing, customer experience and in-store communications
  • Strong sense of understanding of 3D and 2D design
  • Great understanding and experience in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Solidworks and 3DMax
  • Experience of taking concepts through to full print ready artwork, with knowledge of the print/production process
  • Ability to work in at an extremely fast pace, with multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong visualisation skills and eye for details
  • Driven, self-starter with a proactive approach to problem solving and creative solutions
  • Open to receiving criticism and a level of resilience in re-working projects
  • Excellent time and project management
  • Strong communicator, with the ability to coordinate across different teams
