They work as a member of a class team supporting on average 8 pupils per class, delivering excellent teaching underpinned by Behaviour Analysis to children and young adults with autism and associated learning difficulties.

Join the Teaching and Learning Practitioner team at our two outstanding [Employer hidden] schools in Wandsworth, London.
We would like to hire experienced and trainee practitioners with a passion for making a difference to the lives of autistic children. Our Teaching and Learning Practitioners work as a member of a class team supporting on average 8 pupils per class. You will help deliver excellent teaching underpinned by Behaviour Analysis to children and young adults with autism and associated learning difficulties. You will work individually and in small groups.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our amazing pupils and join one of our two fantastic schools in Wandsworth Common and Earlsfield, Wandsworth, London.

Salary: £21,000 per annum during the probationary period, £21,750 per annum upon successful completion of probation and confirmation in post, £22,405 per annum subject to satisfactory performance and a successful annual appraisal, in line with the school’s appraisal cycle (September to August)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
