FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is recruiting Civils and Groundwork operatives to join their teams working UK wide. Experience is essential, with experience on various projects, including drainage, steel fixing, formwork, in situ reinforced concrete walls, concrete flooring, operating plant. SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, CPCS Plant with first aid being desirable.

Main duties (dependent on role) will include, but are not limited to:

Planning the resources required in line with the site programme to ensure targets are met.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and the correct PPE is worn.
Carry out site inductions, tool box talks and check certifications.
Supervise various trades and subcontractors.
Be involved with the construction of commercial and agricultural projects.
Various groundworks including the setting of levels and excavations, concreting works including slabs, foundations, formation works, drainage and reinforcement.
On larger projects, it may require coordinating and interfacing with other works such as steel erecting and cladding.

What We’re Looking For:

SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS and CPCS operating licenses preferred (although training will be given)
Experience of carrying out the role with civils contractors / construction companies
Clean driving licence
Working away from home
