Associate Dentist

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience
• Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient
• Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role
• Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• We are ideally looking for a candidate who has a couple of years experience post qualification, who owns their own camera and are comfortable in upselling private Dentistry
• Cosmetic Dentistry experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice
• Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress
• The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice
