JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a leading maintenance and repair company delivering high-quality services across London and Essex. We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team, working on a diverse range of projects including general maintenance, refurbishment, and repairs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, including:
- Carpentry (doors, shelving, furniture assembly, repairs)
- Plumbing (tap replacements, minor pipework, toilet/shower repairs)
- Tiling (wall and floor tiling)
- Painting & Decorating (internal/external surfaces, wallpapering, making good)
- Work independently or collaboratively to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company van
- Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting/decorating)
- Full UK driving license
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable with the ability to manage workload efficiently
- Excellent time management and communication skills
