FULL DESCRIPTION

We are looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Welder to work within [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], covering sites across the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone who is flexible, reliable, and confident working away from home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out MMA welding and fabrication tasks on-site across various UK locations
  • Undertake repairs, maintenance, and installation of steel structures and components

ROLE REQUIRMENTS

  • Ensure all welding work meets company quality standards and relevant safety regulations
  • Good practical understanding and experience using MMA welding
  • Operate and maintain welding tools, equipment, and company‑supplied machinery
  • Complete site assessments, identifying hazards and ensuring safe working conditions
  • Work independently or as part of a small team on remote and varied project sites
  • Travel nationwide and carry out work efficiently and professionally while representing the company
  • Maintain accurate job records, timesheets, and work reports
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors, project managers, and colleagues
  • Adhere to all health & safety protocols, including use of PPE and safe welding practices
