Corporate – Senior Associate, Belfast practice

We are keen to hire an experienced Corporate Solicitor with ambition to lead and grow the Corporate function. This is a perfect opportunity for a solicitor positioned at Legal Director or Senior Associate level, who is frustrated and/or concerned with glass ceilings and/or false dawns to achieve aspirations.

Overview:

• Unique leadership opportunity to set up and run a dedicated corporate function.
• Build the brand and the team and gain future access to equity.
• Collaborate with highly established and reputable teams in banking, real estate, litigation and private client.
• Successful practice with high PEP and established network and connections in business community and financial institutions.
• Administrative and junior lawyer support will be provided.

The firm will support you with an establish book of work and collaborate to build and execute an excellent business case for all parties. You will need to demonstrate ambition and entrepreneurship to lead the venture and grow revenues from personal and company contacts. Ideally, you will offer a strong core corporate M&A focus and experience of commercial agreements / contracts (advisory side).
