FULL DESCRIPTION
The Account Manager will be responsible for providing expert advice on the best solutions for clients, maintaining and growing an existing client base, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the CRM is updated regularly. The role requires excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills, along with experience in a similar role within the managed print space or providing solution-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, develop, and grow an existing client base by identifying requirements, whilst actively seeking other opportunities into our cross-sell propositions> Increase volume and profitability across the board.
- Actively target the largest potential customers within your territory (Major Market/Corporate/Public Sector), bringing to the table all relevant tender information.
- Identify potential new SME clients and business opportunities
- Ensure that the CRM is updated regularly with information relating to new and/or existing business
- Meet performance targets set (KPI) by ensuring your client portfolio generates satisfactory returns
- Be actively aware of all market and competitor activity
- Engage with client base regularly, assessing their business needs
- Keep up to date with new equipment and software ensuring a good understanding of the product suite
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the managed print space or providing solution-based products from a similar industry would be advantageous
- Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Presentation Skills
- Team Player
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM an advantage, but not essential
- Driving License
- Excellent levels of spoken and written English
- The ability to communicate and interpret issues
- Excellent attention to detail
