FULL DESCRIPTION

CAD Floorplanner

We are looking for highly organized and detail-orientated people to join our team with a background in floor planning. Full training as well as development are provided, if you are proactive, take pride in your work and enjoying working in a fast-paced environment we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit detailed floor plans using AutoCAD, including lease plans, domestic, commercial and fire risk assessment floor plans.
  • Ensure all floor plans meet internal quality standards and client requirements.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily KPI targets and agreed project volumes.
  • Liaise with external contractors or design firms to ensure their deliverables meet the company & standards.
  • Collaborate with the photography team to ensure floor plans integrate well with property marketing materials.
  • Take on additional design work as required including, Photo editing, Telephone, Email and Quality Control for other design assets.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Punctual, professional, and well-presented.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and software as required.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
