We are looking to recruit a 5-6 session GP to join our supportive, close-knit team where work–life balance genuinely matters. With 9 partners and 4 salaried GPs, we pride ourselves on creating a collaborative environment where everyone has space to develop. We meet daily as a team to share learning, support one another, and maintain wellbeing. Our structured day includes 15 patients per session, a half-day on-call commitment, and shared administration. We are a large practice with a list of 23,800 patients operating from a modern purpose-built building with ample onsite car parking. As a training practice currently hosting medical students and moving into GP training, we are passionate about education and development. You will be working alongside a diverse multidisciplinary team with a wide knowledge and skill base. We have enhanced facilities to provide minor surgery, coils, implants, and joint injections at the practice. We offer the BMA agreed contract with a competitive salary, based on experience, supporting CPD and annual leave, and an additional day for birthday leave. Indemnity is covered by the practice and there are structured supervision and development opportunities.
