ABOUT THE ROLE

As Regional Director for London at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], you will play a central role in supporting the leadership and development of schools across the region. Working closely with Principals and the Trust’s executive team, you will help create the conditions in which schools can improve, and pupils and staff can thrive.

This is a leadership role across 10 primary schools serving approximately 5,000 pupils in diverse communities. Rather than directing from a distance, you will work alongside school leaders – building strong relationships, understanding context, and offering support, perspective and challenge where needed.

You will bring a system-wide view, helping to identify shared priorities, connect schools with the right support, and shape a collective approach to improvement across the region.

You won’t be doing this alone. As part of a wider Trust leadership team, and supported by central specialists across areas such as curriculum, SEND, HR and finance, you will have the space to focus on leadership, problem-solving and enabling sustained, long-term improvement.

ABOUT YOU

You’re an experienced education leader who understands how strong leadership, relationships and systems underpin sustained school improvement.

You’re confident working across multiple schools, able to balance strategic oversight with a grounded understanding of day-to-day realities. You build trust quickly with school leaders, using your judgement to offer support and challenge in equal measure, and you’re comfortable navigating complexity without rushing to quick fixes.

Above all, you share our belief in putting children first, and in creating the conditions where teachers and leaders can do their best work – because you know that’s what ultimately improves outcomes for every child.
