The Person

You are a fun, friendly and well-presented individual. You are a great team worker and are passionate about customer service and eager to make a difference to our guests’ experience. You have experience in Food & Beverage environment or in customer service and enjoy contact with people.

The Role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all hotel and external guests. You will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails and drinks in our fantastic bar.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and look after guests from the moment they arrive in the bar until they leave
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Resolve complaints or issues guests might have
• Maintain friendly and professional service at all time
• Upsell and maximise sales and revenue
• Craft fantastic drinks and cocktails

Requirements

• UK citizen or valid work permit
• Previous Food & Beverage hotel or Restaurant experience is desired
• Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
