Graduate Executive Search & Selection Researcher

Description

The business has an established graduate recruitment programme and we intend to hire two graduates or second jobbers, who will spend an initial 18 months primarily generating candidates and partnering Consultants on retained assignments. In return, you will be offered the opportunity to see the whole recruitment process from business origination to assignment completion, in what is a ‘hands-on’ mentoring programme. You will join Consultants on candidate interviews, attend client pitches and short list meetings and will be given time to pick up valuable experience in a supportive and collegial environment. Successful candidates will be bright, driven, inquisitive and should additionally possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills. With a flexible attitude, you will be willing to turn your skills to a variety of tasks. You should also enjoy working in a team environment and possess pace and energy.
