Internal Recruiter

We are looking to employ an Internal Recruiter for a hybrid, fixed-term position within our HR Team. This will be a varied and fast-paced role, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across key business areas, whilst ensuring a high-quality candidate and manager experience and reducing agency reliance.

What you’ll do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across allocated business areas, from vacancy briefing through to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to guide and support them through recruitment processes and best practice.
Create engaging adverts and manage vacancy postings across multiple channels.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers where required.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and headhunting.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and inbox management.
Support recruitment events, careers fairs and wider attraction campaigns.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience working within a recruitment related role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate processes.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to advise hiring managers.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for finding and attracting talent.
Good IT skills, including experience using Canva and Excel.
A flexible approach, with a willingness to travel to sites when required.

Please note: This is a hybrid role, with a mix of home working and travel to various sites, depots and events across England and occasionally Scotland and Wales.
