FULL DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking to recruit a number of Nightshift Warehouse Operatives on 4/5 month fixed term contracts for our site in Alconbury, The main responsibilities will include: Picking and preparing orders for dispatch to our customers and depot network. Loading and unloading vehicles (Transits – Class 1) Locating, organising and managing stock in the warehouse. General housekeeping. Assisting and aiding the other operations and departments as required.

Warehouse Operatives - Nightshift

We are currently looking to recruit a number of Nightshift Warehouse Operatives on 4/5 month fixed term contracts for our site in Alconbury,

The main responsibilities will include:

Picking and preparing orders for dispatch to our customers and depot network.
Loading and unloading vehicles (Transits – Class 1)
Locating, organising and managing stock in the warehouse.
General housekeeping.
Assisting and aiding the other operations and departments as required.

Skills required:

Experience and confidence with a Counterbalance and Reach Fork-Lift.
A forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
Power Pallet Truck experience.
Experience working in a warehouse environment - ideally working nightshifts.

This role will require manual handling.

A competitive salary and benefits package will be available to the successful candidates.

The hours for this role will be 10.30pm to 7.00am Sunday to Thursday, there will be a requirement to work additional hours on a Friday night in peak season, this is done on a rotary basis.
