We are looking for friendly people to help us July 21-25 at the [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Festival 2026. You will sell programmes, help our audiences navigate the Festival site, answer questions, summon the First Aid team if necessary and more. Some FOH staff are needed in the auditorium during performances.

We are looking for friendly people to help us July 21-25 at the [Employer hidden] Festival 2026. You will sell programmes, help our audiences navigate the Festival site, answer questions, summon the First Aid team if necessary and more. Some FOH staff are needed in the auditorium during performances.
Dress: We ask our front of house staff to wear black tie or a black dress.
Who we need: Many of our Front of House staff are Patrons or Friends of [Employer hidden] but we are absolutely delighted to welcome new volunteers who would like to be part of the team.
This is a volunteer role.
Where? Bryanston School, Blandford Forum DT11 0PS
When? In 2026 we will need help at some or all these times (TBC)
Tuesday 21st July from 5.30pm
Wednesday 22nd July from 5.30pm
Thursday 23rd July from 12:30 (matinée)
Thursday 23rd July from 5:30pm
Friday 24th July from 5:30pm
Saturday 25th July from 12:30 (matinée)
Saturday 25th July from 5:30pm
End times may be as late as 10.20 pm if you are in the theatre (5pm matineés) or after the interval otherwise.
Experience required: No previous experience necessary – just a confident and friendly disposition, willingness to follow instructions from the FOH manager – and a keen readiness to help our audiences enjoy their visit.
