Looking for a role where you get a real buzz from paying out deals and helping new clients get off to the best possible start?

The role

You’ll sit at the heart of our Operations team, supporting new clients from agreement to go-live.

You’ll work alongside Sales, Operations and Risk to make sure every onboarding journey is smooth, compliant, accurate and effortless.

Because onboarding isn’t just admin, it’s the first real experience a client has with us, you’ll make sure it’s a great one.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the calm, organised force behind every successful deal activation:

  • Raising and checking legal documentation accurately and on time
  • Creating and maintaining client profiles within internal systems
  • Verifying debt and debtors in line with KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance and protecting the business from risk or fraud
  • Meeting Onboarding Service Level Agreements consistently
  • Escalating risks quickly and appropriately
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to live client

You’ll handle detailed financial data and juggle multiple priorities all while operating under pressure, but still keep standards impeccable.

And when that deal finally pays out, you’ll feel it.

What you’ll bring

You might already have experience in financial services or detailed data processing, or you may simply be someone who thrives on precision, pace and teamwork.

What matters most:

  • A sharp eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confidence working with internal teams and external clients
  • The ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
  • A genuine commitment to doing things properly

You’ll understand that accuracy protects profitability and that process protects reputation, but ultimately great service builds trust.

The good stuff

  • £27-34K Salary + Performance Bonus (Up to 20%)
  • Exciting, fast-moving role where you’ll get a big buzz when deals go live
  • You won’t be working in isolation, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that listens, supports and pulls together when things get busy.
