For *Circolo Popolare*, our restaurant in Manchester (No 1, St Michael's, 36 Jackson's Row), we are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef who will become the *leader* and *Chef* of tomorrow.
Your main tasks:
FROM CREATION TO PLATE EXECUTION
- Participate in the menu change process alongside the Executive Chefs, contributing to a unique culinary experience.
- Speed and precision at the pass will be your hallmark.
- Ensure every dish is perfect, adhering to the Group's recipes and standards.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
- You are the Chef’s right hand, ensuring everything is impeccable: compliance with hygiene standards, a well-organized team, and checks always aligned with objectives.
- Manage Food Costs like a true leader: zero waste, flawless inventories, and always on-time orders.
- Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
