We’re now looking for a Reception Supervisor to lead our front-of-house teams across our Central London restaurants.

The role

As a Reception Supervisor at [Employer hidden], you’ll be the perfect example of our brand, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome and a seamless experience.

  • Lead the host team, maintaining high standards and maximising bookings
  • Resolve or escalate issues and complaints when needed
  • Manage bookings and enquiries using SevenRooms
  • Onboard and train new hosts, supporting floor managers with rota scheduling
  • Solve problems proactively when bookings or service don’t go as planned
  • Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional attitude
  • Support the Events Team in managing enquiries for private hire and events
  • Assist with the coordination and on-the-day organisation of events and private hire

About you

  • Big smile and passion for Italian food
  • High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
  • Excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of floor operations
  • Previous experience as a head host/hostess or reception supervisor
  • Previous experience with SevenRooms
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
