FULL DESCRIPTION
As a Host/Hostess at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], you’ll be the first person our guests meet, creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
The role
You will:
- Greet and seat guests, allocate tables and accommodate walk-ins
- Master our bookings system and ensure every enquiry is managed efficiently
- Solve problems proactively when bookings or service don’t go as planned
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor
- Support your colleagues during service with a positive, friendly attitude
- Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, professional approach
About you
- Big smile and passion for Italian food
- High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of online booking systems (SevenRooms is a bonus)
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a busy restaurant
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
