We’re now looking for a Commis Chef – Hot Section to join our kitchen teams across our Central London restaurants.

The Role

You’ll be part of a [Employer hidden] kitchen team, working in the hot section and preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch.

This is where energy, precision and teamwork come together during fast-paced services.

You will:

  • Prepare hot section dishes following our authentic recipes and kitchen standards
  • Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during prep and service
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety
  • Work efficiently during busy services with a positive, proactive mindset
  • Help create the best moment of our guests’ day through every plate

What We’re Looking For

  • A big smile and real passion for Italian food
  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef in a busy hot section
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Great energy and proactive attitude during service
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

High-volume kitchen experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter just as much.
