FULL DESCRIPTION

To support the delivery of a high-quality food and beverage service across matchday kiosks and club events. The role involves serving supporters, assisting with deliveries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of kiosks, always ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to supporters on matchdays.
  • Serve food and beverages in line with company standards, food safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Support the setup, operation, and close-down of kiosks on matchdays.
  • Assist with deliveries, stock control, replenishment, and basic preparation as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kiosk areas, following health & safety and food hygiene standards.
  • Support food and beverage operations during non-matchday events as required.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service delivery during busy periods.

Person Specification

  • Aged 16 years or over.
  • Positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work matchdays, including weekends and evening fixtures.
  • Previous food & beverage or customer service experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Flexible to support events outside of matchdays when required.
