[Employer hidden] Ltd is seeking a committed and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional and supportive environment, with a strong emphasis on development, training, and career progression.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise shifts, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of centre operations.
  • Oversee poolside supervision and lifeguard teams, maintaining the highest safety standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support front-line staff.
  • Open and close the centre, acting as a keyholder and point of contact.
  • Support group bookings, events, and community activities.
  • Assist with training new team members and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Be prepared to step into Duty Manager responsibilities when required.

Essential requirements:

  • RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to undertake further training, including:
  • First Aid at Work
  • Pool Plant Operator certification
  • Commitment to attending a 2-hour training session monthly (paid additionally)
