Site Manager - Residential Projects

The Role

You’ll be the person running the show on site—keeping the programme on track, subcontractors in line, and making sure everything is delivered safely and to a high standard. Projects are mainly residential and care homes, so experience in either will put you in a strong position.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations (yes, including the unexpected surprises)
• Keeping the programme moving in the right direction
• Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining standards
• Upholding health & safety (the non-negotiable bit)
• Liaising with clients and the wider team without losing your sanity

What They're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor
• Residential and/or care home project experience from £5m - £15m
• Strong leadership skills—you can run a site without shouting… most of the time
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Someone organised, proactive, and able to spot problems before they become “meetings”
