FULL DESCRIPTION

Bennetts is looking for a talented, experienced motorcycle obsessive to build BikeSocial’s reputation as biking’s most useful, helpful and trusted community. The job involves growing Bennetts and BikeSocial’s engagement with riders on social media, and growing the digital community, BikeClub.

Responsibilities:

2026 is a big year for BikeSocial and it could be a big year for you too.

We are looking for a talented, experienced motorcycle obsessive to build BikeSocial’s reputation as biking’s most useful, helpful and trusted community.

The job will involve growing Bennetts and BikeSocial’s engagement with riders on social media, but also growing (significantly) our digital community, BikeClub. BikeClub brings the best bits of a forum and social media together on one platform and allows riders to ask and answer questions, post and share content and have their questions answered by industry experts too. We think it has an enormous future and we want to find the undiscovered genius of UK motorcycling to run it for us.

Part of the role will involve managing the pathway bringing riders into BikeClub from our social channels, so you’ll need a clear understanding of how social media works in 2026 and how to maximise engagement on each of those platforms.

This is a big job, taking BikeSocial to the next level and helping to shape the future of Bennetts too. It’s your chance to make a mark in UK biking and be at the forefront of some ambitious digital media development.

This is a newly created role at BikeSocial, offered initially on a 12-month contract. We’re looking for someone who will make it their own, potentially growing it into something permanent and genuinely impactful, with a salary that reflects that ambition.

If this excites you as much as it excites us, please send your current CV and either a document/presentation/short video (whichever you feel more comfortable with) explaining what you’d expect BikeClub and our social channels to look like in 12 months’ time and a summary of how you would achieve that.

Previous Experience:

  • Turning content and questions into meaningful conversations with riders across platforms that drive engagement and email sign-ups to our owned platforms
  • Running, moderating and growing digital communities (forums, Facebook groups etc
  • Inspiring the team you work with, your customers and your managers too.
  • Being curious about what riders want, understanding what makes them engage and building trust and authority for your platform
  • Data driven: able to find clear signals within the noise of social media
  • A big-picture thinker who understands the changes in digital media and the opportunities they bring.
