What you’ll be doing
- Directly line manage any assigned staff which may include Property Managers, Property Coordinators and any onsite staff
- Responding to incoming client and resident enquiries quickly, and ensuring regular feedback of outstanding issues is provided
- Manage all aspects of health, safety and compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Manage contractors to deliver a high quality of service that is value for money at our developments
- Set accurate budgets for the developments in your portfolio
- Attending resident meetings on site, sometimes outside of office hours at a time to suit our clients
- Taking ownership of client relationship management on each of the sites within their portfolio
- Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism and strong technical knowledge
- Be a contact point for property managers in the team to help with complex property issues
- Be actively involved in department projects and contribute to business improvements
- Deliver training session to the team
- Contribute to the strategic delivery targets for the business
- Respond to all enquiries in line with our [Employer hidden] Customer Service Charter
- To support with the day to day running of the department in line with Director guidance
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, providing suggestions for improvements
What you need to succeed
- Able to proactively manage the team to success, spot issues and solve them
- Able to delegate effectively and coach team members to achieve their goals
- Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
- Experience of working in a similar role is essential
- ATPI qualification is essential
