Electrical Analysis Engineer

Purpose of the Role

Join us as an Electrical Analysis Engineer where you’ll analyse a wide range of complex electrical issues across both manufacturing series and pre-series production lines. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure the precision of the electrical build story and seamless delivery to takt – bringing your engineering insight, manufacturing expertise, and problem-solving mindset to every challenge. About the Team

These roles sit within either the Update Centre or the Electrical Problem Solving Team, both part of the Launch Quality Centre.

The Electrical Problem Solving Team manages electrical issues and faults from pre-series through to end of life, supporting early design, pre-series builds, and series production. The Update Centre ensures vehicles are equipped with the correct electrical hardware and latest software levels.

Together, the teams play a key role in delivering strong launch performance and driving continuous improvement across the vehicle lifecycle.

About you – Skills and Experience

• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using 8D or similar root cause analysis methodologies
• Experience in vehicle electronics and commissioning, including testing and diagnostics
• Demonstrable experience in the application of vehicle architecture
• A good understanding of manufacturing build and vehicle assembly processes
• Experience in an automotive production environment
• Ability to use Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word
