Now, we’re looking for an experienced, reliable and customer-focused Assistant Senior Driver to join our London team and help keep the wheels turning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the face of Berkmann on the road — delivering premium wines to top-tier venues across London while maintaining the high standards we’re known for. As Assistant Senior Driver, you’ll also step into senior responsibilities when needed, supporting the wider delivery team.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Completing multi-drop deliveries across Greater London
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling and lifting wine cases (average 15kg)
• Ensuring all paperwork and checks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with driver performance management
• Supporting and liaising with operational management

What We’re Looking For:

• A full, valid UK driver’s license (max 6 points)
• 7.5T or Class 2 license
• Strong knowledge of London roads and traffic patterns
• Solution driven
• Ability to resolve conflicts
• Proven multi-drop delivery experience
• Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
• The ability to think quickly, act decisively, and deliver with accuracy
• Understanding of Health & Safety in delivery operations
• Physically fit and able to handle 15kg cases
• Driver management experience desirable
