Performance Marketing Specialist
We design and build websites and software applications, as well as manage the online marketing for a large number of clients across Dorset and further afield. To help achieve our goals and ambitions, we’re looking for another specialist to join our team.
The Role
Postion: Full Time
Location: Poole, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £34,000

We’re expanding rapidly, and we want a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help take our client campaigns to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Create, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn
- Plan and run PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to maximise ROI
- Work closely with our PPC and Social Media teams to deliver integrated strategies
- Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and clients
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis and competitor reviews
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new features and best practices
About You
- 2–3+ years’ experience managing paid performance campaigns, ideally in an agency setting
- Confident across Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on results
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution and conversions (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Ads Manager, etc.)
- Analytical and data-driven, with strong reporting skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
- Creative flair for ad copy and campaign ideas
