BMS Project Engineer in Birmingham
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a skilled BMS Project Engineer to deliver installation, commissioning and project support across the Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning and delivering BMS projects
- Software engineering and graphics development (Trend preferred)
- Panel modifications and system upgrades
- Supporting project managers to deliver on time and budget
- Conducting site surveys and producing technical documentation
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors
Requirements
- Proven BMS project engineering experience
- Strong Trend controls knowledge
- Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
Salary & Package
- £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary
- Car allowance: £350 per month (vehicle provided by you during probation)
- Business mileage paid at 20p per mile
- On-site allowance:
- Over 5 hours: £5 per day
- Over 10 hours: £10 per day
- Overnight: £25 per day
- Accommodation paid directly by the company
