What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering a mix of site-based and office-based tasks across a variety of exciting and complex schemes.
  • Managing Phase I and Phase II ground investigations, remediation activities, and site operations.
  • Logging exploratory holes, sampling soil and water, monitoring groundwater, and recording results to UK Standards.
  • Compiling desk-study information, scheduling lab testing, analysing data, and preparing reports.
  • Overseeing groundworks such as earthworks, foundations, and ground improvement operations.
  • Coordinating with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Geo-environmental Consultant / Engineering Geologist or in ground investigation.
  • A relevant degree (Geosciences, Geology, Environmental Sciences, Geotechnics, etc.) – MSc welcome but not essential.
  • Strong IT and report-writing skills, with a collaborative and organised working style.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a desire to work towards Chartership.
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and confidence communicating with clients and colleagues.
