Looking for volunteers to pick and pack for 30 food banks in North London. We offer flexible volunteering Weekday Shifts - 9 am - 12 pm, 12 pm - 3 pm, 3 pm - 5.30 pm Sunday Shifts - 12 pm - 3 pm. Tasks include:- Pick & pack for food banks Unpack donations and supermarket deliveries Drivers to take donations to local food banks Portion out food into smaller portions for food banks
What difference you will make
Our wonderful volunteers help to feed 20,000 people per week.
What additional skills or experience you should have
No DBS checks needed. The ability to lift up to 20kilos - if you are interested in the picking / packing role A full drivers license - if you would like to deliver to food banks
What training we will provide for you
A full induction, which will be incorporated within your first shift covering health & safety, information on the charity & volunteering tasks.
