FULL DESCRIPTION

Van Packing Volunteer role

Each week, [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], support rough sleepers in Central London providing both meals and clothes. In order to achieve our goals we need a team of volunteers who: ✔Have a few hours to spare on a Monday or Tuesday evening ✔ Can easily get to Radlett ✔Are happy to sort though donations, of clean clothes, creating packages for recipients ensuring they have the right size etc... ✔Are comfortable working in a team.

What difference you will make

[Employer hidden] deliver their packages every Thursday in central London. Your support in creating these packages supports this charity in delivering it charity goals on enhancing the lives of those at risk.

It will also enable the charity to increase the impact and support they currently offer.

What additional skills or experience you should have

No specific skills but enjoy sorting and being part of a friendly team

What training we will provide for you

There is always a named supervisor at every session who will support you in your role and provide you with what you need whilst you are volunteering.

What you will get out of volunteering for us

[Employer hidden] helps 150 people on average every week. At the end of every session, volunteers will see the results of their effort .Volunteers will be able to help distribute the clothes on Thursday, should they wish.
