Support Autistic Adults and Adults with a Learning Disability in Guitar & Keyboard Club
What difference you will make
By volunteering with the Guitar & Keyboard Club, you’ll help create a fun, confidence‑building space where autistic adults and adults with a learning disability can explore music, express themselves, and develop new skills. Your encouragement will help participants grow in independence, communication, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. Your presence makes the session possible, ensuring everyone feels supported, included, and empowered to take part. This role directly supports [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]’s mission to enable people with learning disabilities and autistic people to live meaningful, fulfilled, and connected lives. Through music, you’ll help promote personal development, social inclusion, and community participation!
What additional skills or experience you should have
Basic ability to play guitar or keyboard - You don’t need to be an expert, just confident enough to support simple songs, chords, and rhythms. (Other instruments welcome!) Experience working with autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities (helpful but not essential), full guidance and support will be provided. DBS Check – An enhanced DBS check is required for this role. If you don’t have one, the charity can support you through the process.

We will provide training in safeguarding, autism and learning disabilities.
