Marker - Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA)
We are inviting applications for the post of Marker for the Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) scheme. A Marker marks candidates’ work in line with General Marking Instructions and in accordance with Qualifications Scotland policy and procedures. The successful candidate is required to ensure consistent application of standards when marking candidate submission(s). These activities will be under the direction of the Principal Assessor, Examiner, and colleagues from our Contract Operations business directorate as appropriate.
Job Description
The role is expected to take up to 15 days of the successful candidate's time, spread across four exam diets per year. This role can be undertaken from anywhere within the United Kingdom, however, the successful candidate may be required to travel infrequently to Glasgow for Marker Borderline Meetings. Travel will be arranged for this.
Fees and expenses are paid for work undertaken and details of these will be included in the contract.
Successful applicants will be invited to interview via MS Teams.
Please note that individuals actively involved in the delivery of DGSA training cannot be considered for this role.
