Job Description
You will join the Planning and Process Improvement Team (PPI), an experienced group who provide a wide range of Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Risk Management and Planning expertise throughout [Employer hidden]. The team influences and supports change and delivery programmes, projects and short life working groups. Initially you’ll work alongside the team members but there will be opportunities for you to initiate and complete work. You will gain hands-on, practical experience in a dynamic public-sector organisation over your years placement to expand and develop your skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide admin support, ensuring activities are carried out accurately, according to plan and in line with agreed PPI processes and standards
- Perform investigation and analysis activities to support PPI activity
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives by reviewing and recommending improvements to administrative and technical procedures and systems.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and Continuous Improvement within the team, considering emerging tools, techniques and capabilities
