Experience:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Mechanical Building Services Engineering
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status
- Minimum 7+ years’ relevant experience
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver results in a consulting environment
- Strong commercial, financial, and contractual understanding
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Emotional intelligence, drive, and approachability
