To provide exemplary and exacting standards of treatment and customer care. The clinic specialises in advanced nonsurgical treatments, anti-ageing therapies, innovative skincare product and a medical dermatology suite. The clinic is at the forefront of the aesthetic industry with an excellent reputation for offering a premium service to their clients. This role will suit a confident and polished individual who can bring a high level of customer service and excellent skills to their team. They will also have the opportunity to undertake substantial additional training. Key Responsibilities
- To carry out treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
- To give professional advice to clients and promote available treatments. • To promote products, along with a full home care prescription.
- To stay with the clients throughout the treatment, escorting them to and from the reception.
- To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the Clinic Manager and team. Skills & experience needed:
- 5 years Aesthetic experience
- A Beauty Therapy qualification at level 3 or above (or equivalent)
- Level 4 would be advantageous
- Excellent treatment capabilities
- Strong aesthetic general knowledge
- Multi-modality experience with the following devices would be an advantage but not necessary, Harmony Lasers, Endymed, Dermalux LED, Tixel
- Strong cosmeceutical product knowledge is a must.
- A genuine passion for skincare, both treatment and product
- The ability to work with complete discretion and to meet the exacting standards that are expected from a VIP clientele
- Impeccable polished presentation is key.
- Articulate / Exemplary written and spoken technical English essential / Computer literate / Full Microsoft Office Suite
