Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to increase account spend.
- Proactively manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients within the organization.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product, to drive customer success and maximize account growth.
- Provide accurate forecasts and regular reports on account status, including sales and revenue projections.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree a plus but not essential
- 1-2 + years of fully cycle SaaS sales experience
- Experience using Salesforce a plus
- Prior training and experience with MEDDPICC and/or Sandler is a strong plus
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills’
